Dermaplaning removes fine vellus hair from the face and neck. It helps remove the thickened skin caused by a buildup of dead skin cells. With regular Dermaplaning, fine lines, hyperpigmentation, and enlarged or clogged pores appear less visible. There is also a reduction of milia outbreaks.
